Blueberry Scones

Ingredients
1.5 cups AP Flour2 T granulated sugar2.25 t. baking powder.25 t. baking soda.5 t. salt6 T. unsalted butter1 egg yolk1/4 c. + 2 T. buttermilk1/2 c. bluberries
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt together.
Cut in the butter until it makes a coarse meal.
Lightly beat buttermilk and egg yolk and mix into flour until moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Put dough on a well floured counter and pat into a circle approx 1/2" thick.
Cut into 8 wedges, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
