Low-Fat Jalapeno Hummus

Ingredients
5 cloves garlic, whole1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 Tbsp. lime (or lemon) juice1 Tbsp. tahini (or tahina)1/8 cup jarred jalapeno peppers with liquid
Directions
Peel garlic and place in food processor. Pulse 4-6 times. Put the drained chickpeas in the food processor. Also add the lime juice and tahini. Pulse 4-6 times. Add the jalapeno peppers with the liquid and process until smooth. Enjoy!
