Ingredients
8 oz ground pork1 block silken tofu drained and cut into cubes3 tablespoon toban jan (hot bean chili sauce)2 tsp ginger minced3-4 garlic cloves minced1 cup water1 cup chopped garlic chives1 tbsp corn starch
Directions
brown pork with garlic and ginger. Once the pork is cooked stir in tobanjan and stirfry until fragrant. Add 1 cup of water or so until is makes a soupy sauce. Add tofu cubes and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add a cornstarch slurry and stir in chives. Simmer 1-2 minutes until thick. Add more water if needed to make enough sauce.
