Ingredients
beef, london broil, raw, trimmed, 24 oz , cut into 6Corn Starch, 1 tbspmedium white onion, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesGarlic, 1.5 tsp Orange Bell Pepper , 0.5 cupYellow Bell Pepper, 0.5 cup Hunts 100% Natural Diced Tomatoes, 1.canBeef Flavoured Liquid Stock, 1 cup
Directions
Place beef in bottom of crock pot ;sprinkle evenly with cornstarch; add remaining vegi's in order; add canned tomatoes and stock, cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
