Strawberry banana smoothie

Ingredients
1 large banana1 cup strawberries, washed and halved1 cup lowfat (1%) millk2.5 tbs sugar1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Peel and slice large banana and strawberries. Place in blender and add 1 cup lowfat milk. Add sugar and ice, blend until smooth. Top with rediwhip whipped cream for an extra treat.
