Ingredients
Directions
1lb Lean or Extra Lean Ground Turkey2-3 Cans of Low Sodium Condensed Tomato SoupI can of Corn, DrainedChili Powder, To TasteGarlic Powder, To TasteOnion Powder, To TasteBlack Pepper, To Taste
In A Large Pot, brown lean ground turkey with seasonings.
In a seperate pot, cook elbow macaroni (or rice works well also) until al dente.
On low heat, add cans of tomato soup and drained can of corn. Stir well. Taste test for spiciness. If necessary, add more chili powder and black pepper or other seasonings.
Stir continuously, or the condensed soup can stick to the bottom of the pot. Allow to heat through. Once hot enough, and seasonings are to taste, remove from heat.
I usually serve 1 Cup of the prepared chili over 2 oz of elbow macaroni. The elbow macaroni can also be mixed into the chili, though that would make it harder to measure.
I'm a picky eater, so I don't like beans, or whole onion, or whole garlic, hence the powders. But some might like to add those things to hearty it up.
This is my first recipe shared so I'm sorry if the calculations are off. Hope someone enjoys this, I know my family does!
