5 minute lemon poppy seed cake

Ingredients
1 egg, beaten3 Tblsp milk2 Tblsp Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup2 Tblsp Canola Oil3 Tblsp Multi-grain pancake mix2 Tblsp unsweetened coconut1 Tblsp Sugar Free lemon pudding mix, dry1/4 tsp poppy seeds1 scoop vanilla protein powderpinch salt
Directions
In a measuring cup or microwave safe mug, Mix egg, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, coconut, protein powder, pudding mix, poppy seeds and salt. Tip dry into wet and stir till combined. Nuke in microwave for 2 minutes to 2 minutes, 20 seconds. Let it sit for three or so minutes (it pulls away from the sides) before tipping the cake onto a plate.
