Kelly's Zuchini Bread

Ingredients
1.5 c Flour1 t cinnamon.5 t baking soda.25 t baking powder.25 t salt.25 t nutmeg1 c sugar1 c fresh zuchini (shredded).25 c oil1 egg.15 t lemon peel(nuts optional, and calories for nuts not included in nutrition facts)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. In large mixing bowl, blend sugar, shredded zuchini, and oil. Blend in egg and lemon peel. Finally blend in flour.

Pour into 9" loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.

For medium muffins, bake about 30 minutes.
