Ingredients
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix2 C. Rice Krispie Cereal1/2 C Parmesan Cheese - GratedSalt & Pepper (Optional)2 Egg Whites - Beaten8 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs
Directions
Mix Dressing Mix, Cereal, Parmesan Cheese in Bowl
(add Salt and Pepper if desired)
Beat 2 Egg Whtes in Separate Bowl

Dip thighs, one at a time, in egg and then in dry mixture.

Place in 13" x 9" Pan and Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes.
