Low Carb Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Pkg (4 serving size) Sugar Free Lime JELLO Gelatin1/2 cup Boiling WaterIce Cubes1/2 cup Cold Water1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Whipped
Directions
Whip with mixer your 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. Set aside.

Place jello in a blender, add boiling water and cover.
Blend on low speed for 1 minute until completely dissolved.
Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to blender. Add whipped cream to blender. cover and blend on medium speed until thickened and well blended .

You can garnish with a little sweetened whipped cream and a little lime zest.
