- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
Directions
1 medium banana1 nectarine1 plum1 small delicious apple1 cup cooled green teaa few ice cubes
Peal and add banana to blender.
Wash your other fruits and dice them into blender, discarding core and pits.
I peeled the plum, 'cause that's where the sourness is, but I left the other skins on)
Pour in the cup of unsweetened green tea, a few ice cubes, and blend the heck out of it. ;)
Add some protein powder or tofu if you're into that.
This recipe makes approx .24 ounces of smoothie... if you're "juicing", drink the whole thing. If you just want a tasty snack, then share it with a friend. :)
Enjoy!
