chicken and dumplings

Ingredients
1 breast, 1 thigh1 cp chopped onion1 c chopped celery1 c chopped carrots1 tbs or cube of chicken boullion2 cups water1 1/2 c Bisquick1/3 c milk
Directions
i used leftover chicken that I skinned and boiled with the veggies and buillion, this helps to loosen the meat from the bone and gives the broth flavor. When the veggies are tender, take out the chicken to cool and be deboned.Cut chicken into bite size pieces.I use a hand blender but you could use a regular blender to whiz up the veggies. Put chicken back in pot with purreed veggies and bring to simmer. it should be soupy but not too thin.
follow instructions on bisquick box. Too yummy! Add sa;t and pepper to taste. MIX IT UP WITH DIFFERENT SEAONINGS. (hope I remember everything,
