Cake Flour Biscuits

Ingredients
2.25 Cups flour1 T baking powder1 T sugar1 t salt3 T lard3 T unsalted butter.75 cup whole milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut butter and lard into dry ingredients.
Add milk. Very gently.
Pat out, cut into biscuits. The more carefully you handle the dough, the better these are.
