8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs1/2 salsa1/2 cup orange juice1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 dish. Mix the other 4 ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Make sure all sides are fully covered. Bake in oven until chicken fully cooked. Approx. 45 min. If chicken browning too quickly, cover lightly with foil. Serve the sauce ovre the chicken! Enjoy!
