Sticky Chinese Chicken Crock Pot

Ingredients
3/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup brown sugar1 clove of garlic, minced1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice powder1 tsp grated fresh ginger root3 chicken breasts, skin removed
Directions
Pour soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, Chinese 5 Spice and ginger root to the crock pot. Whisk until well combined. Place chicken into the pot and toss with marinade using tongs. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.

Serve with brown rice (1/2 cup = 100 cal) and broccoli (1 cup = 30 cal)
