Ingredients
2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour2 Tbsp Whey Protein Isolate2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter2 Tbsp Apple Sauce (no sugar added)
Directions
Add two tbsp of the dry ingredients and mix with fork. Add wet ingredients. Mix
Microwave on high for 30-35 seconds, depending how gooey you want it. I used a 900 watt micro-wave.
