1/2 head cabbage1 egg3/4 cup water w/dashi1 cup flourbaconolive oil
Chop cabbage. In another bowl, beat egg. Add dashi water and flour. Mix well. Add to cabbage. Fry bacon in oil. Put cabbage mixture on top. Fry for about 5 minutes. Turn pancake and fry another 5-10 minutes. Serve with mayonnaise, tonkatsu sauce and ketchup.
