Ingredients
*Summer Squash, 2 medium Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Great Value diced tomatoes with green chiles, 1 cup *del monte diced tomatos, 1 cup *Alcohol - Sauvignon Blanc White Wine 1oz, 1 oz Garlic, 3 clove Garlic, 3 tsp
Directions
saute onion and garlic in olive oil
add sliced squash cook 3 min then add can of diced tomatoes and wine, simmer

serve over rice or pasta
