Lu Ann's banana/blueberry smoothie

2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced2 cups frozen blueberries1 cup plain nonfat yogurt2 Tbsp honey1 cup Silk soy milk1/4 cup raw almonds if desiredYou can add or replace any type of fruit.I use vanilla nonfat yogurt.You can use Splenda in place of the honey.You can use regular, 2%, or 1% milk. Add more for thinner smoothie.You can add ice if desired.
Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve immediately.
I pour myself a glass for breakfast and put the blender pitcher in the refrigerator, and drink it throughout the day!
