Ingredients
2 - 3 pounds Turkey meat1 Tblsp Olive Oil1 1/2 cups chopped onions2 cans great northern beans drained1 (29 oz can) whole tomatoes1 1/2 cups sliced carrots1 Tbls chicken bouillon1 tsp thyme leaves1/2 tsp oregano leaves1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper, black
Directions
Used leftover turkey cook with onions and carrots in olive oil until tender. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, Cook over low to medium heat for about 1 hour and 15 mins.
