Angel Hair Pasta Salad with Chicken

16 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked1 bunch spinach1 C scallionsChicken Breast, poached1 T Olive Oil1 T Curry Powder, or more to taste1 tsp. turmeric1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. chicken powder1/2 C water1 C nonfat plain yogurt
1. Cook pasta.
2. While pasta cooks, thoroughly wash, dry, and chop Spinach. Place in large bowl. Finely slice Green Onion and add to Spinach.
3. Slice Chicken Breast into this slivers
4. Drain Pasta, rinse briefly under cool water. Drain well. Add warm Pasta immediately to Spinach mixture. Toss with hands to wilt vegetables.
5. In pasta pot, hat olive oil and whisk in curry and turmeric. Cook one minute over low heat to release fragrance from spices. Add onion powder and powdered brother. Whisk in water, remove from heat, and whisk in yogurt. Add Chicken and combine well.
6. Pour sauce over pasta and greens, adjust seasonings, toss well.
