Garlic Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 Clove Garlic Minced1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Flour3/4 Cup % Milk2 Tablespoon Greated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Put olive oil and garlic into a small saute pan over low heat. Cook garlic until soft, being careful not to burn it. Add flour, stir until well blended, stir in milk and cook, stiring constantly until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add cheese, stir until chees melts. Serve over pasta or use as a base for white pizza.

    I like it, this is just for one serving. Double up to make more sauce. I have to agree with the one reviewer before me, it’s very thick. Needs to be diluted... And you’ll need to add salt and pepper for flavor - 11/18/18

    Great sauce, must have over cooked though as was very thick and had to thin with more milk - 1/25/18
