Vigo Black Beans & Rice w/ Canned Chicken

Ingredients
1 - 8 oz bag Vigo Black Beans & Rice (dry)3 1/2 cups Hot Tap Water2 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 - 12.5 oz can Great Value canned Chunk Chicken Breast(fully cooked) Drain before adding to beans & rice.
Directions
Prepare beans & rice in microwave as per package instructions. (Pour beans & rice into microwave safe bowl, add hot tap water & olive oil. Cook on high in microwave for 22 minutes.) When complete, stir with fork, add drained chicken breast & stir. Serve.
