Lightened Up Basic Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Add your own spices- I like some sea salt, red pepper, and garlic powder but really just make it your own. Onion or celery are both great add ons for a nice crunch and sometimes I use grilled chicken left overs. It's an easy quick, go to made healthier! The main thing is substituting full flavor mayo with the light sour cream, you can even use light mayo to cut even further, but I have found that if you leave out the mayo completely, it's missing something.
