8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate1/4 t peppermint extract35 ritz crackers1 peppermint candy cane
Microwave chocolate , stirring until completely melted. Blend in extract. Dip crackers in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper, sprinkle on crushed candy. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Makes 35 crackers or 12 servings, 3 coated crackers each serving.
