1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained100gr Smoked Salmon cut in bits200gr Low Fat Cream Cheese100gr Low Fat Cottage Cheese50gr low fat mature white cheese, grated3 tablespoons spring onions thinly cut11 Flour Tortillas, medium (approx 6" dia)Additions you might wish to make in the filling:50 gr chopped green olives (included in the nutritional info)Freshly cut dill
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, cottage cheese, salmon, dill and onion. Spread the mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up.
Leave at least 3h in the refrigerator before you slice each roll-up into 1 inch pieces
