Kim's Large Low Fat Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup white sugar6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar free vanilla yogurt2 eggs1/8 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a bowl, stiry together sugar, cocoa, and yogurt. Stir in the eggs one at a time until well blended then add vanilla and salt. Stir in the flour until just incorporated. Spread evenly into baking dish.

Bake for 28 to 32 minutes (or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan). Cool in baking dish over a wire rack before cutting into 9 squares. Cover tightly with a plastic wrap to store.
