Tara's Tasty Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey- 1 1/2 tbsp. onion, finely diced- 1 1/2 tbsp. bread crumbs- 1 egg white, lightly beaten- 1 clove of garlic, minced ( or 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt)- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley- Salt and pepper to taste- Cooking spray
Directions
Mix all ingredients with your hands, working through completely.

Have a big skillet beside you, and grab a handful of meat. Roll it into a ball with your hand, then squeeze down ONCE. Rotate the patty in your hands, squeeze again, rotate, squeeze until you have a nicely-shaped patty. Place it in the skillet until all four patties are made.

Cook over medium to medium-high heat, flipping as needed to ensure a thorough cooking. To make sure the meat is ready, slice into it with a knife.

Serve on a roll, as you would a hamburger, and enjoy!
