16 oz sour cream4 tbsp splenda2 tbsp lemon juice8 oz crushed pineapple (including the juice in can)0.5 cups pecans1 large banana0.5 tsp salt
Mash banana and chop pecans. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and put into 12 paper cupcake cups. Freeze and serve.
