Potato Salad, Fat Free

Ingredients
2 c. diced potatoes1 hard boiled egg1/2 small onion1 clove garlic1/2 c. Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
Directions
Boil potatoes and cool.
Boil egg

Dice potatoes, egg, onion, and garlic. Add salt/pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mix together.

Let chill. Enjoy!
