Honey-Rosemary Chicken with Gold Potatoes

Ingredients
12 skinless bone-in chicken thighs1 tblspn vegetable oil1lb baby Yukon Gold potatoes2 medium onions, cut into wedges4 minced garlic cloves1/4cup honey2tblspn fresh lemon juice2 tblespn cornstarch1tblspn chopped fresh rosemary1tspn salt1/4tspn freshly ground pepper
Directions
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and brown in skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, turning once.

Place the potatoes, onion and garlic in slow cooker, and top with chicken.

Combine honey, juice, cornstarch, rosemary, salt and pepper and pour over chicken.

Cover and cook 8hours on low, or 4 hours on high. Garnish with rosemary sprigs if desired.
