16 oz red snapper fillets1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped red pepper4 tbs I can't believe it's not butter1 tbl Worcestershire sauce1 cup Parmesan cheese1 cup panko
Place chopped veggies in bottom of 13x8 pan. Place fish on top. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Dot fish with I can't believe it'snot butter. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Mix parmesan cheese and panko. Place on top of fish. Place under broiler until browned.
