yoga long grain brown rice 1 1/2 cup2 tspn olive oil10 oz tomatoes5.5 oz onions2 1/2 tspns knorr tomato bouillon with chicken2 1/3 cups boiling water1/2 tspn pepper1 tspn garlic1 tspn oregano1 tspn onion powder
preheat oven for 375.
glass baking pan, add everything but water, boil water pour over all other ingredients, mix with spoon just to incorporate, cover with foil, bake for 60 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes . fluff with fork. enjoy
