Long Grain & Wild Rice Crab Salad

Ingredients
One 4 oz. package Farmhouse® Long Grain & Wild Rice Traditional Herbs & Seasonings 7 oz. canned or frozen crab meat, drained (canned) or thawed (frozen) 5 oz. frozen peas, cooked and cooled 1 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 4 lettuce leaves
Directions
1.Prepare rice according to package directions. Let cool.
2.Combine rice, crab meat, peas, celery, green onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper.
3.Chill 2 hours.
4.Serve on leaf of lettuce.
