Baked Zucchini Chips

2 Tbsp Grate Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs2 Egg Whites (lightly whisked)1/8 tsp black pepper (if desired)2 Zucchini Squash (sliced)
1. Prepare baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil or spray a baking sheet with Pam. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
2. Combine Parmesan & Bread Crumbs (and black pepper, if desired)
3. In separate dish, whisk 2 egg whites.
4. Dip Zucchini slices in egg white and then in bread crumb mixture - won't be completely covered - and set on baking sheet.
5. Bake 5 minutes and then turn over and bake another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy while hot!!
Serving Size: 4 servings (1/2 zucchini each)
