2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts3 Eggs (Hard Boiled)2 TBSP Light Mayo1.5 TBSP Mustard (Yellow, Brown, or Dijon)1 Dill Pickle (Diced)1/2 Onion (Diced)
Directions
Boil Chicken Breast
Boil Eggs
Process or chop chicken breasts
Dice eggs
Dice pickels & onion
Mix all ingreadients together with light mayo and mustard.

Enjoy over bed of lettuce & tomato or on 100% Whole Wheat or Rye bread as a sandwich.
