Turkey Dutch Pancake

1 Cup Heart healthy Bisquick1/4 cup egg beaters1/2 cup FF Milk4 oz turkey deli meat. diced3/4 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese3 slices crisp bacon
Cook bacon (throw them in the oven per package directions, it's the easiest way to get em crisp fast). Once the bacon is done, pat down and take 3 strips and cut 'em up. Put the rest in a ziploc and throw them in the freezer for another dish. TAKE THE BACON AWAY FROM YOUR MOUTH! NO NIBBLING WHILE COOKING :D
Turn the oven to 350.
In a bowl mix together the bisquick, egg sub., and milk. Pour into a sprayed small baking dish. Layer the turkey, then cheese, then the bacon. Throw it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
Slice it into 4 secions, and enjoy!
