sauteed swiss chard

Ingredients
5 cups chopped swiss chard1 tsp olive oil2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms2 tsp ginger root
Directions
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat, add swiss chard. Allow to saute for approximately 5 minutes - the swiss chard will cook down considerably. Add mushrooms and grated ginger root. Mix and continue to saute until mushrooms are slightly cooked (or to your taste). Season with freshly grated pepper and salt or soy sauce if desired. Serve warm, cold or room temperature.
