Ingredients
combine cooked lobster, celery and mayo and gently toss till mixed. Season with salt, pepper to taste and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.TIP: after chopping celery, wrap in paper towels and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to absorb natural released moisture so it will not dilute the lobster salad.To serve, toast hot dog bun, flatbread or bun of your choice, place mixture inside and enjoy.
