Cheesy Shells & Italian Sausage

Ingredients
One 6.2 oz. package Farmhouse® White Cheddar Pasta 1 lb. Italian sausage (sweet and hot), casings removed 1-1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, fresh or canned 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed 3 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped and divided Salt and pepper to taste 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside.
2.In large skillet, brown sausage, breaking up large lumps with back of spoon. Drain off excess fat.
3.Add mushrooms and garlic; sauté until tender.
4.Add prepared pasta, tomatoes, peas, 2 Tablespoons parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
5.Stir over medium heat until heated through.
6.Before serving, top with remaining Tablespoon of parsley and Parmesan cheese.
