Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey1 1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp salt2 tsp dried sage1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, maple syrup and dry ingredients until well blended.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.

Form the turkey sausage into patties and fry until browned on one side. Turn patties and reduce the heat to med-low. This ensures the patties are cooked through without being overly brown. Cook until no longer pink in the center.
