Tuna Steaks with a Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
2 Tuna Steaks (approx 3.5 oz each)1 tsp honeynonstick cooking spray5 tbsp balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper to taste0.25 cup onion8 cherry tomatoes2 garlic cloves
Directions
1. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and honey over medium heat. Bring to low boil and cook liquid until reduced to about 1/2 (about 10 min )
2. Coat skillet with spray saute veggis and put off to side.
3. season steak and and place in sprayed skillet for about 3-4 min each side.
4. cover tuna with sauce and veggis and serve
