1 Bag of cole slaw mix1/2 cup light Mayo3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar1 Granny Smith appleSalt and Pepper
Directions
Cut apple into fine match sticks, mix mayo and vinegar and pour over apple and slaw mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. The longer it sits in the fridge the better, but you can eat right away and it is delicious!
