Broccoli Curry Salad

Ingredients
4 c. fresh broccoli, trimmed and coarsely chopped1/3 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise1 medium red bell pepper, chopped1/2 c golden raisins2 tsp fresh lemon juice1 tsp curry powder1/4 c sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
Cook broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for 2 minutes; drain. Place broccoli in a bowl of ice water to stop further cooking; drain well, and pat with a paper towel. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds. Chill until ready to serve. To serve stir in almonds and season if desired with salt and freshly ground black pepper to tast. Makes 12 servings.
