Fish chowder

Ingredients
6 walleye fillets cut to 1 in pieces3 potatos diced1/2 cup celery chopped1 onion sliced2 cups 2 per cent milk1 T flour10 peppercorns1 1/2 tsp salt1 T butter
Directions
Put potatos in water and bring to a boil, add onion celery,fish and salt and pepper simmer till potato soften. Mix flour and milk together until smooth, when mixture is ready add to fish and blend thouroughly than add 2 T of butter and stir till it melts. Makes 8 1 cup servings
