No Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 cup small cauliflower florets1 cup baby carrots, cut in half1 cup mushrooms, cut in samll pieces2 T. water1 cup snow peas, cut into pieces14 oz can artichoke hearts, cleaned & chopped1/2 cucumber, diced1/4 cup sliced ripe olives1/4 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained1/4 cup frozen green peas3 green onions, sliced thinly3 oz. cheddar cheese, diced1 c. fat free Zesty Italian salad Dressing2 - 6 oz. cans water packed solid white albacore tunea, drained1/4 c. parmesan cheese1 t. lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
Combine Cauliflower florets,baby carrots, mushrooms and water ina abowl. Cover tightly and microwave for 5 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes, covered. Drain completely, then pat dry. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.
