pork chops jalapenoswhole wheat flour
Directions
buy already chunk size pork or pork chops cut in squares, fry them till golden brown in pepper, season salt, cumin, salt, garlic powder, then add flour and brown till golden, add water and tomato sauce and stir till the flour is diluted not clumpy and add water to the gravy thickness you desire, add green chile simmer till sauce is slightly thick or to your liking of texture and then serve.
