Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup canola oil1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup sugar2 cups quick oats
Directions
Whisk egg, sugar, milk, oil, baking powder, and oats together. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish. Preheat oven to 350. Whisk mixture again before putting in baking dish and then immediately into oven. (Mixture separates if left to sit). Bake for 30 mins. Serve plain or with your favorite oatmeal toppings.
