Cheese Balls (Whatthemacallits)

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds of Extra Lean Ground Chicken1 red pepper finely chopped1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 egg1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Combine the chicken,egg, bread crumbs and red pepper, mush together. Form into balls. Squish the cheese into little balls and insert into middle of chicken balls. Fry in skillet at 400 for about 30 minutes turning often to prevent burning. Serve wrapped in tortilla shell or on its own.
