Souvlaki Chicken skewers

Ingredients
2 large cloves of garlic, minced2 T lemon Juice1 T Olive Oil 1 t OreganoSalt & Pepper4 chicken breasts cut in strips 1 cup Greek Yogurt2 T fresh Mint2 T Fresh Dill½ c cucumber, diced1 T lemon juice
Directions
Preheat Grill. In a medium bowl, whisk garlic, lemon, oil, oregano and salt & pepper. Set marinade aside. Thread chicken on to 8 metal skewers. Marinate chicken under pressure for 5 minutes. Grill on medium high for 6 minutes or until just cooked. Combine 5 remaining ingredients and serve on rice or with pita bread.

Serving Size: Makes 8 skewers with 1 cup of sauce
